Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Voquo mobile app (“Voquo”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using Voquo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Voquo does

Voquo is an AI-powered quote assistant for tradespeople and small businesses. You describe a job by voice, Voquo turns it into a price quote with line items and a total, and you can review, edit, save it as a PDF and share it. Voquo makes price quotes, not invoices or tax documents.

2. No account needed

You can use Voquo without creating an account. Your business details and quotes are stored on your device, so you are responsible for keeping your phone and its backups safe. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

3. Free plan and Premium

Voquo uses a freemium model:

• Free: you can create up to 3 new AI-generated quotes per calendar month. Unused free quotes do not carry over. The count resets at the start of each month.
• Premium: a paid subscription that removes the monthly limit, so you can create unlimited quotes.
• On both plans, quotes you have already made stay available: you can open, edit, resend and save them as PDF.

We may change what is included in each plan in the future. If we do, the change will not affect a subscription period you have already paid for.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. The price is shown in the app before you subscribe and may vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases directly.
• If you move to a new phone, use “Restore purchases” in Settings to turn Premium back on.

5. Your responsibility for quotes

Voquo uses speech recognition and AI to draft quotes. These tools can mishear words, misread numbers or produce incorrect items, quantities or totals. You must review every quote before you send it. You are solely responsible for the prices, terms and content of the quotes you share with your customers, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including tax and consumer rules.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Voquo for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading;
• try to bypass the free quote limit, reverse engineer the app or interfere with our servers;
• use automated means to send requests to our services, or resell access to them.

We may limit or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being broken.

7. Your content

Your recordings, business details and quotes belong to you. You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Our app

The Voquo app, name, logo and design are owned by us. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play.

9. Availability

Creating a quote needs an internet connection and relies on third-party services. We work to keep Voquo running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or stop features at any time.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Voquo is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy of generated quotes and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business arising from your use of Voquo. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Voquo in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will let you know in the app. If you keep using Voquo after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
